Early Morning...tis Brunch Day. Which for most cooks is usually about trying to use up anything that needs it...and drinking vast amounts of coffee. It's kinda like pulling decent food right outta your ass...way too early in the morning. Working with Nick and Monty though...so it always makes for a fun day!! Have an excellent Breakfast and do something exciting today!!
